DSP Terms of Service
Welcome to the “Digital Security Professionals” (DSP) family! Please read this information carefully. The DSP Terms of Service (‘Terms of Service’) govern Your access to and use of the DSP Service (as defined below) available through the website www.dspagency and mobile applications (‘Website’) and the use of and access to the Website. These Terms of Service is a binding legal agreement between DSP (‘DSP’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ ) and You (‘You’, ‘Your’). You agree and accept to be bound by these Terms of Service by either: (i) creating an account to use Service; (ii) accessing/using Service (as defined below) and/or Website.
OUR SERVICE AND/OR WEBSITE IS OFFERED TO YOU CONDITIONAL ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ ALL OF THEM CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OR ANY PROVISIONS HEREOF, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS AND USE OUR SERVICE AND/OR WEBSITE.
What is DSP?
DSP acts on Your behalf to contact data brokers, requesting the implementation of Your privacy rights, specifically by initiating the deletion of any of Your personal information they possess about You and objecting (opt-out or canceling consent) to its sale and sharing (‘Removal Requests’) (‘DSP Service’ or ‘Service’). When mentioning data brokers We refer to entities which collect, analyze, and/or sell Your personal information (usually in high volumes) to third parties or use it themselves for profit (often without Your informed consent). For this, You will need to provide Us with some of Your personal information (name, surname, residential address, phone number, date of birth and email address) so that We can prepare the Removal Requests to data brokers and an authorization document (‘Authorization Form’) for You to sign which is necessary to contact data brokers on Your behalf. We may need You to provide Us with some documents necessary to prove Your identity, proof that You have authorized Us to act on Your behalf, or any other information required for the provision of the DSP Service.
Information about the data brokers We cover, and to whom We send the Removal Requests on your behalf. Please be informed that the list of covered data brokers is subject to change. By ordering DSP Service, You grant Us permission to disclose your personal information and submit the Removal Requests under your jurisdictional privacy law(s) to the data brokers We cover, as well as to website owners you specify in the custom removals request.
Eligibility
DSP is intended for natural persons who are 18 or older and are consumers. Natural persons of younger age are expressly prohibited from submitting any of their information to Us and using the DSP Service.
You may only use the Service if you can form a binding contract with DSP, and only in compliance with the Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. By accessing or using the Service, including by registering an account, You affirm represent and warrant that (i) you are not younger than eighteen (18) years, (ii) you will use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service and all applicable local, state national and internal laws, rules and regulations, (iii) You reside in a country where the Service is available and (iv) you are fully able and have all rights and power to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with them.
You will need to create an account
To use the DSP Service, You will need to set up an account and subscribe to DSP on a service period basis. You are solely responsible for all usage of, or activity on, Your account including, but not limited to, use of the account by any person who uses Your account with or without authorization, or who has access to any device on which Your account resides or is accessible.
To set up an account, You will need to complete the registration process by providing the complete and accurate information about Yourself requested on the registration form. You may not sell or trade that account to any other person. Also, you cannot change the sign-up email address.
You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account, email address or password. We are not liable for any loss that You or any third party incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your account, either with or without Your knowledge. We reserve the right to terminate Your account at any time.
You are responsible for providing correct information. Nevertheless, You have the option to update the information (except the sign-up email) You provide to Us at any time. Once You create an account and provide the required information to Us, such information will be used to automatically draft the authorization form. Please be aware that any changes You make to the required information will take effect after a specific period of time, which varies depending on the data broker involved.
Last but not least, DSP is intended solely for personal use and, as such, You are permitted to create only one account. Nevertheless, We understand that You may have (use) several data points such as email addresses, residential addresses or phone numbers, therefore, You can add up to three of these data points to be used for data removal requests. The addition of a phone number may be restricted in some jurisdictions, as we strive to collect the minimum amount of information necessary to ensure implementation of Your privacy rights. You are prohibited from creating additional accounts or generating accounts on behalf of any individual other than Yourself. This condition is fundamental to maintain the integrity and fairness of the DSP Service, ensuring that each user’s privacy and anonymity are upheld while preventing misuse or abuse of the DSP Service.
Family Plan
If You have purchased a Family Plan, You have the right to invite the number of people specified in the Family Plan to join the DSP Service. Please note that the people you invite must be 18 years of age or older. In order to invite a person to join the Family Plan, You must generate an invitation link and send it to the person you want to invite. The person who receives the link will be able to finalize the account creation after the verification process of the email address. The administrator of the Family Plan has a right to request termination of the Family Plan member’s account at any time by contacting Our customer support. In such cases, the member’s account will be deleted after 30 days of the receipt of the request and a new member can only be added after the old member’s account is deleted.
Please note that in order to ensure fair usage and manageability of the Family Plan, DSP imposes restrictions on excessively frequent member changes. Excessive changes to Family Plan members may lead to limitations on your ability to make further modifications.
Unlimited and Family Unlimited Plans
If You have purchased the Unlimited or Family Unlimited Plan, You are entitled to enhanced privacy services, which include both automatic web scanning and the ability to submit manual custom Removal Requests for websites exposing Your personal information.
As a feature of the Unlimited and Family Unlimited Plans, Our Service includes automatic web scanning to help identify where Your personal information is exposed online. To provide this feature, You authorize Us to use Your provided personal information to conduct continuous, automated searches across the public internet. We will display these scan results to You within Your account. Please note that this automated scanning may not find all data exposures online, and we do not guarantee that the provided scan results represent all of your actual data exposures. You can then choose which specific results You want to submit to Us for custom Removal Requests. Our privacy specialists will review Your selections before submission. Please note that the automated scanner may identify exposures on websites to which We do not send data removal requests; in such cases, Removal Requests directed at those specific sites might be canceled by a privacy specialist.
In addition to automated scanning, You can manually submit an unlimited number of custom links to websites where Your personal information is exposed. When submitting manual custom Removal Requests, please note that the links must direct Us to the specific page where Your personal information is published. Generic links to landing pages or homepages will not be accepted.
Whether an exposure is identified through automatic scanning or manual submission, there are certain types of websites and platforms We are unable to remove personal information from:
- social media platforms;
- user generated content forums (websites);
- databases or websites that hold your personal information following legal requirements, e.g. court records, governmental records, etc.; and
- websites exposing criminal records, felonies, indictable offenses, or other criminal proceedings.
Links to data broker sites that We already cover under Our general procedures will not be accepted. Please be assured that We will handle requests to these data brokers as part of Our standard process.
Once a link is submitted for a Custom Removal Request (either selected from Your scan results or manually provided), Our team will evaluate it and submit the request to the site owner on Your behalf. Website owners must respond to these requests within 45 days in the U.S. and 30 days in Europe, the United Kingdom and Canada after We submit the request. However, they may extend these deadlines. Therefore, please be aware that the process may take some time.
We do not guarantee that custom Removal Requests will be honored, as compliance is at the discretion of the website owner. Success is not guaranteed, particularly in cases where the right to privacy may conflict with the public’s right to know, such as cases involving public interest, archive rights, and journalistic freedom. We will inform you about the result of the custom Removal Request.
Change of the Subscription Plan
If You purchased Your subscription via Website, You may upgrade Your subscription plan at any time, and the upgrade will be effective immediately.
Conversely, downgrades can be made at any time and will take effect on your next billing cycle. However, upgrades and downgrades may be limited to certain subscription plans depending on your current plan.

You shall at all times comply with all applicable local, federal, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with Your use of the Service, including those relating to data privacy, international communications and the transmission of technical or personal information.
The DSP Service may be subject to the United States (U.S.) and European Union export and re-export control laws and regulations or similar laws applicable in other jurisdictions, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR“) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce. You warrant that you are (i) not located in any country to which the U.S., the European Union, the United Kingdom or other relevant jurisdiction has embargoed goods or has otherwise applied any economic sanctions, which would forbid or limit the use, import, export, sale of, or payment for the Service; and (ii) not a denied party as specified in any applicable export or re-export laws or regulations or similar laws applicable in relevant jurisdictions or otherwise listed on any list of prohibited or restricted parties as administered by the Office of Foreign Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“OFAC“), the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom, or other relevant sanctions authority (“Sanctions Authorities”). You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including without limitation the EAR and trade and economic sanctions maintained by OFAC as it may be applicable to you. Specifically, you agree not to – directly or indirectly – use, sell, export, reexport, transfer, divert, release, or otherwise dispose of any DSP Service, including products, software, or technology (notwithstanding products derived from or based on such technology) received from under these Terms of Service to any destination, entity, or person or for any end-use prohibited by the applicable export control laws, trade and economic sanctions maintained by Sanctions Authorities or any applicable laws or regulations without obtaining any required prior authorization from the competent government authorities as required by those laws and regulations.
If DSP is contacted with a complaint regarding or arising from Your use of the DSP Service or independently detects a breach of these Terms of Service, DSP may deem Your usage in violation of these Terms of Service and, at DSP’s own discretion, terminate Your account or limit and/or suspend the provision of the DSP Service without notice and refund.
What is DSP’s payment, automatic renewal and refund terms?
DSP Service is provided by subscription only. To start getting the Service You will need to subscribe to DSP on a service period basis. You choose the Service plan, period of Service and the payment method from the available options at the time of purchase.
The DSP Service does not renews automatically. If you choose, an automatic payment cycle can be arranged at the end of each service period and Your chosen payment method is charged again, unless You decide to cancel your automatic payments before the automatic renewal date. If You prefer to cancel the automatic renewal, you can do so by contacting customer support. When you cancel the automatic renewal, you cancel only future charges associated with DSP Service subscription and you will continue to receive access to the Services until the end of the then-current subscription period.
Please note that by entering Your payment details You agree to the automatic renewal. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal of the Service, your Service subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged with a chosen payment method.
DSP may change the price for the subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, or other subscription terms from time to time and will communicate the new price or other changes to You in advance. Subject to applicable law, You accept the new price and terms by continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect.
Prior to the conclusion of your current subscription period, we may initiate a pre-authorization transaction on the credit card provided. A nominal amount may be temporarily charged to validate your payment method’s status. Upon successful verification, this amount will be promptly reversed and will not reflect as a permanent transaction on your account. This practice helps ensure uninterrupted access to the Service and confirms the ongoing validity of your payment method for future billing cycles.
Your satisfaction with the Service is DSP’s main goal. If You choose not to use the DSP Service anymore, We guarantee You a right to claim a refund within 30 days following your initial purchase of the DSP Service. Please be aware that, according to these Terms of Service, You are allowed to request one (1) refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee. We will identify You by the information provided in Your Authorization Form and/or the payment details used for purchasing the DSP Service. Therefore, this means that You are entitled to a refund once, regardless of whether You decide to use the DSP Service again. However, We would like to solve Your issue before You decide to cancel the subscription, therefore You are always welcome to reach out to Us.
Please note that terminated Service contracts may be refunded on the basis of the 30 days money back guarantee only after the initial purchase. Once a Service contract is renewed after the initial Service period, it cannot be refunded on the basis of the 30 days money back guarantee, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
As a rule, You have no right to claim a refund after the period of 30 days from the purchase has passed. Nevertheless, in exceptional cases, We will consider refunds beyond this 30-day period, at Our sole discretion, if You can demonstrate that the DSP Service which You purchased was not available or usable and that You made reasonable attempts to contact Us regarding this issue. In such cases, We may provide You with a pro-rata refund of DSP Service fees paid during the subscription period when the Service was not available or usable.
We are not able to grant You a refund if You obtained the DSP Service subscription not via our Website. In scenarios in which Your subscription was purchased not through our Website or a reseller, it is necessary for You to consult with the original seller to understand their specific refund procedures and potentially obtain Your refund through them. Please check with the individual reseller’s terms for more information. However, if Your purchase was made through Paddle, we can facilitate a refund for You in accordance with these Terms of Service.
You have a right to delete Your account at any time, however, deleted accounts will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing Service period. A request for account deletion does not constitute a refund request. If you are eligible for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must contact our support team separately. No refunds will be considered for accounts terminated for violation of these Terms of Service.
We process payments in USD and EUR. Depending on your card and bank, currency conversion fees may apply if you’re paying in another currency. In the event of a refund, You will be refunded in the original currency charged (USD or EUR). DSP is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or non-refundable banking fees incurred during the transaction or the refund process.
All payments are processed by Us

We explicitly disclaim, and You waive, all other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, as well as warranties arising from course of performance, course of dealing, or usage in trade. Without limiting the foregoing, We do not assert or guarantee that the Website, the DSP Service, or the documentation are accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
DSP undertakes to submit the Removal Requests (and additionally requested information, where applicable) to the relevant data brokers. We send removal requests only by electronic means (e.g., emails, API integrations, automatic forms), meaning that we do not perform removals by post or by phone. If a data broker or website strictly requires verification or removal requests to be submitted via physical mail, postal service, or telephone, We will be unable to submit the Removal Request on your behalf.
Nevertheless, DSP does not guarantee that those Removal Requests will be fulfilled by the relevant data brokers, the effectiveness of these Removal Requests can be significantly enhanced in jurisdictions with robust privacy laws. Filing claims to data brokers, public authorities and/or institutions, and/or any other persons due to a data broker’s refusal to satisfy the Removal Request, a data broker’s refusal to respond to such a request or any other reason, or taking other legal action is not part of the DSP Service. In certain circumstances, DSP might take legal action in cases of suspected non-compliance with applicable privacy laws, however, We would do so after entering into a separate arrangement. Please note that DSP does not guarantee that any legal action will be taken and does not promise any results.
We may withdraw from any representation and cancel and/or annul any documents granting Us authorization to act on Your behalf at any time, for any reason, and at DSP’s sole discretion. We will not receive any implied authorizations and related responsibilities. Furthermore, We do not agree to any representations unless specifically agreed to in writing between You and Us.
You understand and acknowledge that, based on certain circumstances, such as changes in the data brokers’ business or their internal procedures, the list of recipients of Removal Requests might change from time to time.
To fulfill the Removal Requests, We must transmit your information to the relevant data brokers. This necessary sharing of your personal information with them is solely for the purpose of processing your Removal Requests. We only share the personal information necessary to identify You, as data brokers may require them to determine if they hold Your personal information. Before sharing any user data, We thoroughly test and evaluate data brokers. Please understand that We cannot control how these third-party data brokers will handle or use your personal information once it is transmitted to them, beyond the scope of Removal Request. Their treatment and use of your personal information will be governed by the laws applicable to them and their own respective policies, not by these Terms or the DSP Privacy Policy. Consequently, DSP is not liable for the manner in which a data broker treats or uses Your personal information.
While we strive to keep data brokers and website owners out of your inbox and handle the entire process for You, certain data brokers or website owners may require final verification directly from You to process the Removal Request. You acknowledge that You may receive direct communications (such as confirmation emails or verification links) from data brokers or website owners. If you are ever unsure if an email is a legitimate verification request or a phishing attempt, please contact Our support team before clicking any links. Please be aware that if a required verification is missed or incomplete, the data broker or website owners may choose not to fulfill the Removal Request.
DSP operates in a limited number of countries/regions that have applicable privacy laws: the European Union, the United States However, the list of countries is subject to change.
